Longhorn Sexism Project

The Feminist Action Project has been collecting people's stories about sexism that has happened to them on or around campus while they have been at UT. They are collecting physical copies of anonymous stories in the GSC, but have now created a weblink to share them, as well.

They will be collected anonymously and will be read during a rally in the Spring, will be submitted to the Campus Climate Response Team collectively, and possibly used in the Zine FAP makes.

If you have any questions about the project, please email Please pass this along to anyone who you think might like to submit.

Come by the GSC all day, "weigh yourself" with a YAY scale and write a white board for why you love your body as part of the UT Love Your Body Day initiative with the Health Promotions Resource Center.

what is a "yay scale?"
